Cancellation Policy

Appointments at Solange Beauty Salon & Ink are reserved especially for you. Please read this policy before booking.

Booking fee and cancellations: A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled service. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Late arrivals: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the consent and medical intake forms. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your service. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment, and the booking fee will be forfeited.

Touch-up appointments: Permanent makeup results change during healing, and a touch-up may be needed. Whether a touch-up is recommended depends on the service, your skin, healing, and aftercare. Touch-up appointments are scheduled separately.

Right to refuse service: For your safety, we may decline or postpone a service if a relevant skin condition was not disclosed, if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if we cannot perform the procedure safely and comfortably.
